Food was fresh n warm no complaints at all. But the staff again teenage high school girls at the counter. Very arrogant and completely careless n useless. Dine in area was very messy. I am giving 3 star only for food and chips, for the customer servicing I am giving 0 star.

Ordered large popcorn chicken combo,through drive through,pulled up in carpark,I only got small pop corn went inside,the young girl did not make sense,very bad attitude,will have to go to red rooster in future

Bought my elderly Mum the chicken box and she loved it but then my Mum loves KFC. Never an issue the service is great and even when the drive thru is busy there is always a friendly customer service person to greet you.

Very poor service, I walked in and the girl behind the counter looked at me and turned away, kept cleaning a metal rack, so I waited, she looked at me 3 times before deciding to walk over and take my order, when she got to the till she just stared at me waiting for me to say something...so I did, placed my order. Moving on, I got home 10 minutes later to find I have no chicken in my Zinger Crush burger! All round appalling service, and food quality from this place. I should have just walked out.

Absolutely incredible. Came in tonight with a basic knowledge of f what I wanted but the young lady found me a fantastic deal and everything was cooked to perfection

This is one of my favourite KFC branches in WA and had been coming to this store for years. All staff are friendly from managers down to their crews. But today 07/04/23 at about lunch time, the front staff young lady was just disappointing. She moves too slow which is understandable because she might be new or probably she's making sure she gets the food orders right. What's appalling is her being grumpy and rude. I asked her about a food order, she just turned her back and murmured whatever her response was. She did the same thing onto other customers. It was not busy at the store though as it's a public holiday. If she's not happy with her job, I suggest she finds another one that doesn't need to deal with people.

Again my brutal hunger has forced me to journey East to the great KFC at South Lake. A 15 hour journey on horseback from the great West, Yallingup. My experience at this restaurant is as follows.I arrive in the early evening and am greeted by a young man who seems to be of Asian descent. He is very friendly and asks if I would like to order now or take a seat first. I choose to wait until they are ready for me. There are only two other customers eating so it will not take long.The menu is quite extensive with many options including some that I have never seen before such as chicken nuggets" which appear to be made of chicken skin. The prices are reasonable and there is a special offer available where you can buy 10 pieces for $5.99.When I finally get up to the counter to place my order

Hands down the worst kfc store I have ever been to… food is either cold or been sitting so long it’s hard and oily.. service is up and down.. sometimes it’s great others it’s pathetic.. this store needs a complete reassessment of its staffing criteria…
