This resturant can't follow simple instructions I wanted a drum stick and they gave me a chicken wing and they don't answer their pones as well how very convenient. Nuggets taste like doe you put into a cake - they are awful and cold yuck. This restuarant needs to wake up. Quality of food is terrible, not picking up the phone - this restuarant needs to up grade things and get staff educated into following instructions lessons in reading and opening their eyes are easy

Ordered a chicken zinger burger meal decided to open it up and the lettuce was all brown an disgusting it's actually put me off for life. Very disappointing considering I really always enjoyed KFC. Clearly the people who made this for me couldn't care less or they'd never had given a customer this rubbish. We would always buy alot of food from the family if they want it now we go to another restaurant in a different suburb which is a shame because we live right by this one.

Ordered Fillets dinner box (6 hot and spicy fillets and 2 sides), had to wait for 15 minutes, girls came out looking for the owner of 10 piece feed, she couldn't find anyone, told me fillet box was on way, 1 or 2 minutes later she returned with 'fillets' box...got home and it is 10 piece feed, unsatisfactory!

Based on my experience last Friday night, some of the staff here must have their own spin on the KFC advert:I don't care" about customer satisfaction and doing my job properly..."I love it" that I get paid regardless."Shut up and take.." whatever I decide to serve you

Fri 7pm 26/5/23 Absolutely abysmal. A new chic type of service in 2023: slow food. Ordered ahead using the app. Waited in line and notified them we were there. 35 minutes of waiting after notifying before they even started making our order. Never notified that there may be a wait. Outside there must have been 30 cars waiting in the same situation. Boycott and don't put up with such a shoddy operation.

Would have to be the worst run kfc in Australia. So often only have chips and nuggets available. The amount of business this location would have lost by not having product available would surely e staggering. I’ve now given up entirely with this store.
