The food and service is great but the man behind the counter who is constantly whistling makes me drop the rating. It's not even a tune! It's just noise and it's consistent. Every. Time. I'm. There.Definitely don't eat in.I can't even imagine what his co-workers are going through. Very, VERY patient people..... Or just deaf

1. It is a uncomfortable 27 degrees in here2. We have been waiting 40 minutes for a basic order3. The order progress screen isn't working4. The staff are rude, slow and don't speak loudly enough5. Tables are covered in rubbish6. The food was sloppy like they didn't even care about the presentation7. The attendant didn't apologise for the speed and didn't smile

This is the worst KFC in Perth by a long shot. Always get the order wrong. Tonight I tried to order and they had no chicken, no wicked wings, no zingers, nothing. Avoid this hole

Poor service once again. What looks like unsupervised and untrained junior staff arguing amongst each other. No manager or senior staff to be seen. Waited forever for order. Over 40 mins. Then told they had no potatoe and gravy or gravy. This is always the experience I have at this store. Will only use South lake store or try something else from now on. Poor management to say the least.

Had a really bad experience at this KFC all my chips was thrown in the bag as in all 3 medium chips was out of the boxes loosely tossed into the bag, had to go back and when I spoke to management he asked if I wanted a refund I said would be great, but then he asked me if I still wanted the meal? Obviously! Otherwise why would I go there, however he wasted my time and effort only offered to redo the meal but not good enough, if you want a customer to return you either pay them back for poor service or at least offer them something in return for again a extra 15min of my time.Not impressed with management, I work in customer service this is not good at all.30/12/2022

I used to work for KFC and was top score in customer service and offered my own franchise.I have never been so disappointed in the customer service that I keep receiving.Products not given, food requested not checked. And not received.Spearwood store keeps disappointing

Shockingly bad customer service to say the least. Stood in front of the till for nearly 10 minutes in an empty store will a kid in front of me was playing with a paper bag. He didn’t acknowledge me at all at any moment. Lady on drive through ran an order out to a car, each time she passed me she didn’t acknowledge me. Watch the kid slowly pack an order for an Uber pickup then look at me and proceed to walk passed out of sight. I had enough of it and stormed out. Work ethic - 0, customer service - 0. Wouldn’t trust this lot with cooking my neighbour a feed let alone me and partner. Take a hard pass on this place! Absolutely useless!

Ordered a big order through Door Dash. Once order arrived was missing a fair few items and the items we did receive were cold! After spending almost $100 and $10 on delivery I called and asked if I could please have the rest of my order delivered out to me. I received my nuggets (as per what was missing) and pulled out a nugget that had a legit bite taken out of it?! With literal teeth marks. I wish I could attach a photo. I was disgusted and could not eat the rest of my food. Worst fast food experience I have ever had and most definitely will not be going there again. I am honestly disgusted.
