Absolutely disgusted with kfc banksia grove tonight. Just happened to bear witness to another customer returning some food because it was “cold” . Against all food hygiene regulations the employee returned the chips to the warmer for the next customer to receive , which was me.To which the employee said it was ok because they hadn’t been touched. The customer had to correct her. I sure hope this is not common practice, the staff obviously need some further training in food hygiene.

Whilst I appreciate certain adherance to policy..... when I am paying for individual pieces, I expect to be able to order the pieces that I want.KFC, needs to get the balance right, especially as the competition seems to be catching up.KFC has been my go to Fried Chicken for over 50 years..... but it is gradually wearing me down to the point.....If you want my money..... give me what I want.

Chicken was extremely salty couldn't eat it. My 5 year old said it was too salty and 'burning' his lips.2 days later it's still in the fridge not sure what to do with our family meal that we substituted with something else for dinner. Unless you want kill all your customers or give them high blood pressure, you need to educate your staff on the right amount of salt to use on each piece of chicken. Waste of hard earned money it was for me.Also not even a single sauce of the 3 was packed.

Daytime, it’s okay and the staff are pretty good but at night time staff are clueless . Went in there tonight to get an order for six pieces of chicken waited for 10 minutes only for them to tell me that they’re out of chicken. Oh and there’s always obnoxious teenagers in the restaurant being loud and disrespectful. Avoid !

As a KFC franchise you should be shut down by the health department .I have never been in here once when the tables are wiped and the floor is clean.Weather be lunch or dinner.The kids that are running the shop are so disrespectful busy playing and laughing and doing everything but their job, screaming and yelling out the back of the kitchen.While i was there last night friends came to the shop and they were shouting from the kitchen to them.One kid even banging on the entrance door to the kitchen to enter the kitchen and eventually granted access.Absolute disgrace ! Last time i will ever come here again.I dont know how you have not been caught out by the health department or had your franchise taken off you.To tight to pay adults to supervise the kids properly that are running this so called restaurant as their personal play ground.Suggest if you even care that you take a look at your security cams and see what is actually happening .

Don't no about atmosphere but great food just so overpriced... nearly$6 for a small gravy!!!!!!! Kfc can charge what they want so i wouldn't recommend them at all unless you are making some coin!!!
